WILpower's vision is to support the professional development of young female law students and legal practitioners through a collaborative regional information and resource-sharing network in the Middle East. By providing opportunities for building relationships across borders at regional practical training workshops as well as through monthly online legal trainings and webinars, law students and young legal professionals are sharing knowledge, creating an environment of peer-mentorship, and expanding their access to quality professional development resources. WILpower seeks to continue increasing technical legal expertise, keep women engaged in critical family law, criminal law, commercial law, and international law issues, and inspire the next generation of law practitioners to promote and advance the role of women in the legal sector.
