WILpower

WILpower offers bi-monthly online virtual classroom trainings and webinars as well as two regional professional workshop activities a year. Online virtual classroom trainings and webinars are interactive and cover a wide variety of substantive legal topics as well as practical exercises for discussion. Online trainings and webinars are offered to WILpower members and a schedule can be accessed by contacting your local coordinator(s).

Regional training workshops allow women from various countries to gather together in one place and build strong peer relationships with one another as well as work together to develop critical legal, leadership and organizational skills management capacity. 

Four programmatic activities covered in regional training activities: 

• Quality English/Arabic legal research, writing, & oral argumentation skill-building activities 

• Leadership training for young attorneys 

• Entrepreneurial and organizational management training applicable for start-up law firms and legal research centers

• Online legal trainings hosted by peer-trainers and monthly webinars hosted by legal experts and thought leaders who address critical commercial law, criminal law, family law, and international law issues through interactive lectures
