WILpower Local Project Coordinators are responsible for daily coordination of the Women in Law Program in their respective home countries. They are responsible for building public-private sector relationships with institutions, organizations and associations in order to construct an inclusive and diverse network of young female legal practitioners from civil society, government, and a broad array of public and private sector legal practices. These young lawyers oversee the coordination of trainings, as well as knowledge, experience and resource sharing online and through face-to-face interactions. Local Project coordinators assist in facilitating the design and delivery of law, leadership and entrepreneurial capacity - building activities and are dedicated to building relationships with legal practitioners throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

Farah Al Musallam works for Al Essa & Partners Law Firm in Kuwait City, Kuwait with expertise in commercial, personal status and civil law matters.
Shahinaz Abu Farha is a lawyer-in-training for Kamal & Associates in Ramallah, West Bank with interests in labor law and real estate law, as well as human rights and women's issues.
